Transforming Lives and Changing Stereotypes

less privileged children

You Are Not Alone is a volunteering association born in 2021 as a result of 3main societal problems in Cameroon we aim at solving. These problems includes; the difficulty parents face to raise autistic children, less privileged especially those without a home and difficulty incarcerated people faced in integrating back into the society.

At You Are Not Alone, we believe in providing people with the right support and opportunities to reintegrate to the community and rebuild their self-esteem, self-worth, confidence, strengthening their sense of value and enabling them become contributors to the community

Our story

You Are Not Alone came about from the passion to support parents. In 2021, Stephanie wanted a platform to support parents and share her journey with her son on how she was able to support Stephane gain independence and confidence. As a result of the anglophone crisis in Cameroon a lot of Cameroonians were jailed for supporting the crisis and a lot more have lost their homes.
